Built on a name
we actually answer to.

Anthony grew up on his father's job sites. Footings, framing, fitout. He learned the trade the way trades used to be learned: alongside someone who didn't tolerate shortcuts and wouldn't sign off on a finish he wasn't proud of.

Today, Thai Projects carries the same philosophy into every job. We're a family business, and we run a family business the way you'd hope one would be run: we get to know our clients, we get to know their projects, and we treat both like our own. The trades we work with are the same trades we've worked with for years. The relationships are real, and so is the work that comes out the other side.

We're not the biggest builder in Melbourne, and we don't want to be. We want to be the one your friends recommend when you ask. We want our clients to call us back for the second renovation, and the third. We want to drive past a fitout we did six years ago and see the same business still trading in it. That's the measure of work we're proud of, and that's the only measure we care about.

A site walkthrough and an honest conversation. We get to know you, your brief, and the constraints before we quote.

Plan

Detailed scope, fixed-price quote, programme of works. Permits, drawings and trades lined up before a tool comes out.

Build

On site every week. Weekly updates, clean sites, and a single point of contact for the duration. Anthony.

Handover

Final walk-through, defects sorted, paperwork in your hands. We stay reachable long after the keys are turned.
